Health, meet care.

Brief: Create a conceptual territory and 360 campaign for one of the largest health systems in its state.

The health clinic was facing a dilemma. One of its competitors had more accolades than them and loved to boast about it every chance they got. Its second competitor had more locations than them, but undervalued the importance of tapping into local culture.

Hospitals are uncomfortable. (Duh). But when you need care, you need care. And you want your care to feel like someone cares about you.

My approach: Propose an ownable middle ground: approachable, human, and caring. The campaign idea was born out of a simple observation: where is the “care” in healthcare? This thought starter became the foundation for a comprehensive narrative universe that explored what care looks, sounds, and feels like when patients come first and health feels human.

Information kiosk wrap

Hospitals are daunting.

85% of patients need to ask for help to find where they’re going. Up to 65% of patients misunderstand their discharge instructions.

To top it all of 50% of patients feel nervous to ask for help. Understanding your health should never be a coin toss.

So we created the Care Translator. A hopsital information kiosk, reimagined to relieve anxiety and maximize comfort and care.

Mobile component

Real care doesn’t start at the clinic doors. It shows up for you before you’ve ever even left your couch.

We created a Care Compass to allow patients to choose the healthcare teams that work best for them.
